The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There was a vast array of food available at the Kaza breakfast buffet. Staff handled the line into the buffet WELL and the line moved quickly.
Our room was not really clean. It was also EXTREMELY loud, both from outside and inside the hotel. The train tracks from the window were not really helpful for a restful sleep.

the hotel is close to the main train station. there is a regular shuttle bus service running from the hotel, which i used. the breakfast had many choices including vegetarian options. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
my room was close to the railway. i could hear trains when the window was open. i like the sound, but some guests may find it disruptive.

i appreciated the shuttle service to and from the train station , it made travel easier. the staff members were very kind and helpful, especially when i needed directions.
the women's spa did not have the same amenities, like pools or a sauna, that the men's locker room spa had. the room felt dated and could benefit from updates to bring it up to modern standards.

the hotel includes diverse restaurants , a souvenir shop , and a boutique. each floor provides a water dispenser , so buying water bottles is unnecessary. i am grateful for the free parking.
